- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep pricing straightforward with no surprise add-ons. I charge a standard hourly rate for repairs, and most installs are flat-rate. I offer veteran discounts and I always let you know the total before starting the job. If parts are needed, I’ll show you options and pricing so you can choose what works for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick call or message to understand what you need, request photos if they help, and give a clear estimate before I come out. When I arrive, I double-check the issue, explain the plan, and keep you updated throughout the job. My goal is to make everything transparent, simple, and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in plumbing repairs, fixture installations, small electrical work, and general home maintenance. I’ve completed trade training courses, passed a plumbing licensing exam in another state, and continue to expand my skills through real-world service calls and ongoing education.
