My dogs had chewed up the garage door sensors so I contacted Thumbtack to have the work done right away. I received a call to set-up the appointment right away and was given options for a 2 hour time frame to have the work done. The technician came within the timeframe and assessed the work right away. He went right to working on the repair before I was able to ask how much it cost. He was done with the job within 15 minutes and my garage was back to normal. When I asked how much the cost was, it seemed high but since the work was already done, I did not make a big deal out of it. I have to admit, initially I was surprised, but at the same time, it was my fault for not asking for the price up front. When the technician realized I was unhappy with the price, he impressed me with his integrity. He took responsibility stating that he could have mentioned it beforehand. In the end, no one was to blame. I let him know that I highly respect his honesty and integrity and for me, it is worth the money spent. It is hard to find companies with employees that work hard but also value their clients and want to do the right thing.

I am very pleased with the services I received today. I put in my request on thumbtack and got an immediate call back. The technician was here within 30 minutes and was extremely polite, professional and was efficient with the repair that was needed. His recommendations were knowledgeable to where I understood and didn't feel pressured. I highly recommend and I will be using their services again in the future.

The Team responded promptly after my request. the technician enroute had an accident which delayed him, however instead of rescheduling he asked if it was ok to come after his issue was resolved even though it was after he would have normally been headed home. Very dedicated and was quick to diagnose the broken spring and was able to disconnect the broken items and set us up for repair after the home warranty made a decision.

They are more than punctual, polite, courteous, and did an excellent job. I used the Thumbtack ap and got a call back before I even closed the ap! My worker, Benjamin, is worth his weight in gold. Had I asked for an estimate and compared it to others, I am sure they are expensive (I compared it to a neighbor’s this morning and I do believe that is true.) Nonetheless I would recommend them due to the quality of their work. Benjamin was at my house until the evening hours to finish the job. You can barely hear my garage door now!

I did not end up needing service because the pro and I figured out the problem which was in the garage door opener setting (which has been put in the locked position) and the door itself was put on manual. Once these were corrected, the door is working fine. The pro was very willing to help out and made some good recommendations for improving the garage door parts. I would recommend.
