5+ stars!! Joseph responded promptly, showed up on time, got things into his truck efficiently and was extremely professional! I’ve been injured and needed help getting rid of a bunch of misc stuff, but haven’t been able to do it myself, so it is such a huge weight off my shoulders to finally have this done. Joseph was very friendly, I enjoyed chatting with him(at a distance of course) and will absolutely be using his service again in the near future as I continue to purge and organize!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial price is an estimate. Whenever possible I like to take a look at the job in person to give a much better quote. When that is not possible, photos are a huge help in determining the cost of the project. Keep in mind estimates are free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It really helps when photos are taken by the customer.
