Prices are set on a dynamic basis. There will be a travel fee and per signature fee for notarial acts. Pricing is fair and an excellent value.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner/Operator is college educated with a BA from CSUS in Business Administration, with a Real Estate and Land Use concentration. Passed the CA Real Estate Broker's exam and have currently active license for Notary Public. I have been a part of thousands of real estate transactions and will be able to smoothly complete your transaction.
