Jessica W. says, "Maybe I am looking for the Holy Grail?? I have used a cleaning agency since moving to Fair Oaks from Los Angeles in 2019. I had an amazing one gal operator cleaning woman who truly was a unicorn. I have been trying to replicate her/the service to no avail. The agency I use here sends three gals, they are in and out of my 2 br 1 bath 700 square foot apartment in 30 to 45 minutes. I am happy with the work, just wasn’t used to paying $225. Thought I would give this app a try to stay within my budget of $150 and less. I told Shay my expectations and size of my place. To start she was 30 minutes late. Shay seems like a perfectly nice person. The truth is she is not a professional cleaner and it shows. The finished work lacks the flair and attention to detail that the agency provides. She charges by the hour. 1.5 hours in and she had not gotten to the bathroom, hall or bedrooms but we had reached my budgeted hours. She vacuumed the hall and bedrooms but wasn’t able to get to anything else. We paid decided on $175 she cleaned the bathroom and was on her way. Next time I will use the agency for consistency and the ease of use. It was worth a shot and I appreciated her help."See more
