They were extremely responsive, responsive, and excellent quality of work at a very reasonable price point.
I personally have a lot of health issues and with some contractors they're not very patient, these guys are extremely patient and flexible.
There are two separate projects that were finished and completed in a timely manner in which I was extremely satisfied first of was a gazebo that K man handyman services was able to complete in a half a day which was astonishing, when I called around to price out this project this would have required multiple days of work to complete. This was a 11x11 gazebo that is extremely sturdy and strong and is durable enough to withstand intense weather such as high winds and rain. I actually had a pop-up gazebo that was destroyed in this same weather, quickly after that I decided to hire these guys and they built a gazebo that I believe can stay strong for 15 years.
The price of the gazebo range from $2,500 to $7,000, with the time labor and the cost of materials they were able to complete this project in a fraction of the cost. Now that gazebo is up it has beautiful Christmas lights on it now and it looks glorious. Is the centerpiece of my backyard.
The second project that K man handyman services or my solar panels, I clean my panels regularly roughly every 3 months and they are always so responsive And Timely about cleaning my solar panels, personally my solar bills jumped up three times, and once they're clean they dropped significantly, so I definitely recommend solar panels being cleaned. These guys have never damaged my solar panels use the best equipment softest scrubbers and detergent to clean the panels. I appreciate the meticulous and gentle way in which they clean the panels. I have 12 large solar panels on my roof, and the cost of getting them clean can be extremely costly, again these guys are so reasonable and for the efficiency and the quality their price is excellent.
These are examples however they can do so much more, they are truly the all in one handyman service.
