I am a professional architectural CAD drafter and job captain with 22 years of experience in the design field providing detailed and accurate drawings for numerous disciplines on various projects. My involvement on projects have been both intricate and extensive from concept to conclusion and covers a wide range of various projects, such as residential remodels and additions, schools, supermarkets, manufacturing facilities, tilt-up warehouses, bank renovations, shopping centers, and tenant improvements. I can create new or existing site, floor, ceiling and roof plans, elevations, sections, and schedules and enlarged detail drawings for the architectural, structural, and interior design disciplines. I am capable of conducting my own field measurements, site visits, document control, consultant correspondence, government submissions, and other various administrative duties.
