FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the scope of work, site conditions, materials needed, and labor required. I always provide fair, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. I offer a 5% senior discount and a 5% military discount. I may also offer discounts when multiple services are scheduled together. Any extra work outside the original scope will be discussed and approved before starting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is simple: First, I review the project details, photos, and customer’s needs. Then I provide an estimate or schedule an in-person visit if needed. Once the scope and price are approved, we schedule the work and confirm any materials needed before starting. During the project, I keep the customer updated, protect the work area, and make sure the job is done properly. At the end, we walk through the work together to make sure everything is completed and the customer is happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a strong technical background that supports my work in construction and remodeling. I studied 1 year of electrical technician training, 2 years of machines and tools, computer technician training, programming in high school, and I also earned an Electronic Engineering degree in Mexico. I also come from a construction family. My father and siblings are architects in Mexico, my brother is a licensed general contractor here in California, and my sister owns a drafting and design company. This background, combined with many years of hands-on field experience, helps me understand projects from both the technical and construction side.
