- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rather than pricing carpet cleaning by the exact square foot, we’ve come up with a way to price it over the phone based on “areas” of the home. A simple call from you and a few questions from us is all that is needed. Also, the quote we give you right over the phone is not just a quote, but the actual price. That means you can trust us not to raise the price on you when we arrive to clean!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give our customers our full attention. When contacted, we can begin by giving you a quote based on the areas or rooms of your home that you need cleaned. We offer carpet, upholstery, tile/grout, and aggregate cleaning services. In an effort to create a great experience for you, the customer, I hire only friendly, trustworthy, and intelligent employees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have taken several classes sponsored by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration, and have certifications from them. We have a team of amazing technicians that work hard to put the QUALITY in Aaron’s Quality Cleaners. These men are often students, balancing both school and work. Some are family men working two jobs. What they all have in common is that they are smart, clean, friendly, and competent individuals. Our technicians go through a rather extensive training period, making them the best at what they do … clean! From carpet to tile to upholstery to those impossible to remove stains, these men know their business.
