- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Catering services will run anywhere form $30 - $100 a plate. Depending on what choice of meal you choose, and how many people will be attending the event. Personal cooking lessons and meals are $75 -$100 a person provided at our in home experience. You will learn how to prepare and cook fine dining meals and enjoy them afterwards. No more then 6 individuals per cooking lesson.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Arranging a time and date at least one week in advance for private cooking lessons, up to a month in advance for catering services. Menus of all dishes for catering services will be emailed out within a timely manner prior to event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- Diploma of completion in Culinary Arts Specialist - 30 hours course in Nutrition for food services - 30 hours course in Supervision and Management - Servsafe Manager certified - Food Handlers certificate - Dean's List in Advanced Kitchen Skills
