- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first, we will talk about the project over the phone. I will ask for some pictures. I can send a quote. if you like the quote or estimate, we can set up time for a formal appointment for you to sign the contract for work to start if an agreement is made. a min deposit of cash to seal the contract, balance will be due upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
35 plus years of on the site construction, additionally I was the regional manager of the southern california area for Home Depot flooring department(23 stores). I am very well versed in the flooring area, an expert.
