Even prior to the inspection, just from pictures, Jesus was extremely knowledgeable, provided examples of his work, and even AI commended his feedback and gave me the thumbs up to hire him. I still intend on hiring Jesus, however, he pointed out some structural issues with my flooring that he recommended I take to my landlord before he begins his work due to the potential risk and liability with my lease. He could have easily bypassed this concern and simply taken on the work himself, so I really appreciated his honesty.
I look forward to working with him soon after I review the flooring damage with my landlord. Again, thank you, Jesus. It is very clear your knowledge, kind-professionalism, and, most of all: integrity will help you grow your business. I truly appreciate all of your feedback.
