I have been so appreciative for RPM. I found myself needing to rent out my condo after a few other potential renters fell through and I was starting to worry how I was going to manage being 1500 miles away... when I reached out to a few property management companies, RPM was one of the first to respond, was super friendly, affordable (even though I feel they have been even more professional than some of the pricier options), and has continued to maintain good communication through the process which I do appreciate! They helped me through the process of getting my condo ready to market and rent and have been mindful of my budget in the process as well! My condo was rented within a month with qualified tenants. I know that they are a business and I have hired them to help me with managing my property, but I have also been so appreciative of their team!

My family and I have painfully been seeking after a good rental for months now. (Thank you covid) This group effortlessly moved the ball forward and wrapped up an incredible home for us within 3 days time. Night and Day contrast to all previous experiences thus far. Very helpful with whatever you need,Steve at rpm is a great guy hell do what he can to make sure everything runs smoothly.....case and point" the best rental agency if ever dealt with and there's some out there not worth your time.

Our monthly management fee is 8% of the rent. Marketing cost is $395.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet at your property, provide you an expected rent range based on the condition of your property. We have the ability to do everything remotely if you are unavailable and need to do everything online.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Barbara is the Broker. We have 4 real estate agents. We are certified residential property managers. We are also a franchise of Real Property Management and have continuing education in property management trends and legal issues.
