Every aspect of my experience with RPM has been wonderful. I have met and been treated exceptionally by several of the people in the office. Shortly after moving in I had a minor issue mechanical issue and the following day a technician was at my home and the issue was taken care of. The technician himself was over the top professional.I have to take my review one step further. The RPM agent who first showed me the home and then handled it all the way through was so nice and professional its difficult to put into a few words. Her name is Lacie Pehrson and she is the epitome of what a leasing agent should strive to be. I never felt pressured or rushed and she made the entire process pleasurable.I dont make it a habit of giving reviews but I had to make an exception in Lacies case. She must be the best in the industry since its virtually impossible for anyone to do better!

My family and I have painfully been seeking after a good rental for months now. (Thank you covid) This group effortlessly moved the ball forward and wrapped up an incredible home for us within 3 days time. Night and Day contrast to all previous experiences thus far. They respond promptly, treat you with respect, and above all... employ the long lost art of what used to be known as people skills. Crazy right? No micro management needed here. They execute on what they say they will and follow up. Not just one individual, but cumulatively as a group that works together. If I only had my own rental property this area, Id be using these guys. We are fully stoked on the house and enjoying the breath of fresh air! Big thanks to the RPM team.

Our monthly management fee is 8% of the rent. Marketing cost is $395.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet at your property, provide you an expected rent range based on the condition of your property. We have the ability to do everything remotely if you are unavailable and need to do everything online.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Barbara is the Broker. We have 4 real estate agents. We are certified residential property managers. We are also a franchise of Real Property Management and have continuing education in property management trends and legal issues.
