- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Will always try and beat other competitor’s prices. My goal is to offer the best quality service for the lowest price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reach out with pictures and location ready to be able to give them an estimate. Once it’s agreed then I go on site and get a final price that is usually lower than estimated.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Work with home owners that recently bought a home and wanted to clean out the mess that was left behind as well as homeowners that are trying to sell their house and needed to get junk removed that had piled up for years.
