I had a blocked outdoor drain the needed to be cleared, David and George worked diligently to hydro-jet the entire outdoor drainage system so that it drained properly. They were knowledgeable, resourceful, and respectful of my property. They did a great job!

I woke up very nervous today because of having to call a plumber because of my past experiences of dishonesty with them. But i was so happy and satisfied with my experience today. Wallace Weaver and Chris were so professional, honest, respectful, and helpful with my issues dealing with a clogged kitchen sink. They not only resolved the issue but explained it and gave me suggestions for the future! They were here within 20min of being called and were so polite during the time they were here. I highly recommend if you use Mr. Rooter...specifically ask for these two Gentlemen! You wont regret it!!!

Service was fantastic. The amount charged for the shower valve rebuild I thought was too excessive for about 45 minutes of work.The charged amount amount was $582.00. Note, I supplied the replacement valve.
