- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On our wealth management side we charge clients Fee Only and it ranges with asset size but can fluctuate from a high of 1.5% annually to as low as .75%. For our retail clients and 529 college funds just starting out with 0 balances we charge 5.5% to 1% depending on the assets they bring over.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We sit down and talk life together. I ask them questions on why they are looking for an advisor, what the expect from an advisor, what they currently have now with regards to their investments, debt and insurance, we review it and based on their short and long term goals, their risk tolerance we come up with a plan for our second meeting to show them where they stand now and on the desired path where they will end up or if they make necessary course corrections and do _____ _______ and ______ this will help them reach their short and long term financial goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and am currently pursuing my CFP. Regularly attend 2-3 industry conferences every year.
