I recently called Barbosa Plumbing for a loose bathroom sink that needed to be re-caulked. Luis arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. He discovered that the movement of the sink had actually caused a crack in the pipe, resulting in a slow leak. Luis efficiently replaced the damaged pipe, ensuring a secure and leak-free connection.Unfortunately, we later noticed that there was still a leak, albeit from a different source. I called Barbosa Plumbing again, and Luis returned the next day. He diligently searched for the source of the remaining leak and found another hidden crack that had been previously overlooked. He repaired this issue as well, completely resolving the problem.I was extremely impressed with Barbosa Plumbing's commitment to customer satisfaction. Luis was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It's refreshing to work with a company that stands behind their work and prioritizes transparency.
