Both my washer and dryer broke down, so I went searching for someone who could either bring them back to life or tell me it was officially time to say R.I.P. 😂 I searched through multiple sites and repair companies before ultimately choosing Kosmos because of all the wonderful reviews—and now I completely understand why!
He arrived on time, was professional, and most importantly, honest. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was wrong with both my washer and dryer and made everything easy to understand. I really appreciated that he wasn’t just trying to make money off of an expensive repair. After looking everything over, he was upfront with me that repairing the set would cost more than it was actually worth and that I’d be better off replacing it.
It’s refreshing to find a repairman who is knowledgeable, informative, and genuinely honest about what makes the most sense for the customer. I’ll definitely be calling Kosmos Appliance Repair for any future appliance issues, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and reliable!
