Konstantin was great. He analyzed what needed to be done, got the part ordered promptly, and installed it w/o issue. He also explained that a piece was able to be reused which saved me $50! Would rehire.

I’m very happy with Konstantin’s quick response time, thorough diagnosis, and excellent repair service! At first, I thought I had a clogged defrost drain, but he took the time to diagnose the real problem instead of just treating the symptom. He found that the refrigerator door was slightly misaligned, preventing the gasket from sealing properly. Rather than recommending an expensive replacement, he knew exactly how to realign the door using a simple metal washer and then reshaped the gasket so it sealed properly again. He also verified that the drain was working correctly after the repair. I really appreciated that he fixed the root cause instead of taking the easy route. He was knowledgeable, honest, efficient, and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend him, and I’ll definitely be using his services again for my Dacor oven!
