Punctual, efficient, skilled and resourceful repair team ! White Crow Appliance repair handled a repair of our Subzero PRO48 refrigerator. The refrigerator was leaking small amounts of water everyday and the ice maker was not working consistently. My first time using this company so I was a bit concerned they would not be able to fix a subzero. Andrey arrived on time. He diagnosed it as a freezer compressor replacement. Julia coordinated the repair process well. Authentic parts were sourced the same day from their parts supplier. These guys even figured out we were under warranty and got the compressor part covered ! Repair was done proficiently after 2 days when the parts arrived. We are pleased with the outcome and we have a working fridge and ice again! Will be using this company again in future.
