I’m Mary, an architectural designer with a Master of Architecture and five years of professional experience. I founded Luxen Design as an architectural design studio focused on residential projects. We guide projects from early concept through design development and permit-ready construction drawings. Our work is grounded in creative, visual thinking, using 3D modeling and renderings as design tools to test ideas, align expectations, and make confident decisions, while delivering the technical documentation required for approvals and construction.
