It was a bigger undertaking than we expected, Amir was great at taking the lead and managing the process with the city. He was always very responsive and patient with us as we made changes or had questions along the way. We would love to work with Amir on another future project.

The pricing for each project is unique to each project because every project is unique in its nature. We are open to negotiations as we want the pricing to be fair for client and us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send the contract that includes architectural phase breakdown as well as payment breakdowns.
After signing the contract we do setup a site visit that we measure existing condition.
