Complicated just means detailing each portion of the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a one on one discussion on their full needs and the types of service(s) I can provide to help them with those needs. If it seems like a good fit, then we'll go ahead with the service on that initial appointment or proceed with a future appointment date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I ask questions from other professionals and read the most recent books and articles.
