This includes running, golf, biking or any of the other sports you might participate in as part of your life. We also feel that talk is cheap, though. Every owner will tell you that he or she is proud of the gyms he or she owns, and that member results are very important to them. What truly sets us apart from the rest of the boot camps in the area is that we are the only boot camp where you can experience before you make a commitment. You can come in and meet with one of our fitness coaches for a success session. Here is where we set goals, perform a movement screen, get to know you, and do initial body comps.
