They did an excellent job. There were no stains after cleaning. They were very good in responding and rescheduling. I would definitely call them for any of my carpet cleaning needs. Their quotation was lowest that we got so I was having dual thoughts about how they would do the job, but I was very satisfied. Worth it!

We hadn't had our love seat cleaned since it was new 20 years ago. Pro Carpet set expectations and exceeded them. They did a meticulous job which created at least 10 gallons of dirty water. Everything dried well, bright and clean. If I had known the result would be this good I'd have contacted them years ago.
