- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is pretty set and can be found on my Rates & Packages page of my website. However, I’m happy to work with customers based on there financial circumstances and scale of the project. Generally I charge a travel fee for any distance further then 20 miles away from my residence in Concord, CA.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, I like to have a conversation with the customer about there project. We discuss ideas and how I can best serve them. If they want to move forward I write up a working contract and ask that they submit a deposit in addition to the signed contract. Once I receive that they are locked in my calendar.
