- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I quote you a price and you think its too high, talk to me. If its something that can be worked out we are more than happy to consider it. Another thing to consider about our pricing is when we give a quote for an assembly job its for just that ,assembly of the product. If you have additions or modifications, please don't surprise us with them when we are packing up. We have no problem with customization but we should be informed about them before we give the quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is there is no typical process. I handle each new client differently because no two clients are the same.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well my husband is a contractor and a structural welder. I have worked on many of his job sites in the past. I am also a project manager for a local contractor and my employees have similar backgrounds.
