Responded to my ad right away. Ask for pictures. Give me a quote. Showed up on time and fix the issue right away. He was missing few parts and so he went to the store and got them. I will hundred percent use him again.

For those jobs that are too big for the homeowner but not big enough for a larger business. Viberto took care of a landscape drain that was buried under ground and completely clogged. He dug it out and replaced it with new materials and tested it out so we could see it working before covering it back up. He showed up on time and completed exactly what we asked for. He brought his own help and tools. It was a very muddy and dirty job but he got it done! We are happy with the outcome and will contact him in the future for any other random problems!

He evaluated the job quickly, got right to work, and completed the multiple projects in a timely manner, making sure to check in with me along the way to make sure things were done the way I wanted. my price is about hours, because the same project can take more or less time depending the difficulty i gonna find on job site.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
normally i ask pictures and describe exactly what they need to be done.
and i say if i can do or not.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have more than 5 yers of experience working in many differents areas of construction. its gave me many skills.
