- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe I am pretty reasonable. However, when it comes to your face quality over quantity is most important :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to call them and chat with them about everything they want and how they want it. It is their face so I want to be clear about what they want so I can deliver them the best possible experience! After that, if the customer decides to hire me I go ahead and book them for an appointment with me. I also like to check in during the appointment with the customer to make sure they are receiving what they asked for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had years of practice and I've done some freelance makeup artistry in the last few years.
