My husband brought dozens of boxes with him into marriage, and after five years together we hadn’t made as much progress as I’d like. Joby help me cull through our storage to get things sorted, labeled and organized, and watching her work helped me learned how to keep it that way! She has a great demeanor for this kind of work. I had been putting off creating a closet space at my workspace functional for both work and personal storage. Then came Joby to the rescue! From the time I called her to to the time the space was organized was maybe a week or so and would have been sooner had I had the time to meet with her earlier. She helped me purge old items without pressure to get rid of things I was hesitant to part with. Then she emailed me lots of design options for my storage containers. Once I chose those she came to organize! She was in and out and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Feeling organized and de cluttered is life changing and I feel so much lighter and happy!!!! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?PRICE; Per hour $60 Consultation $100 (FREE if you buy a package) *PACKAGES 4-hour session $240 (3) 4-hour sessions $660 (6) 4-hour sessions $1200 or 3 8-hour sessions w/2 ppl **PACKAGES CAN BE TAILOR MADE FOR YOU INCLUDED IN OUR SERVICE: On-site assessment with a customized written “Plan of Action” Donation drop-offs or pick-up scheduling Assistance with e-waste. recycling, hazmat and selling/giving away of large items (PLEASE ASK/will depend on specifics) Time management systems Phone and email check-ins Shopping for organizing products/solutions Additional hours billed at $60 each per hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US: Non judgmental assessment Diligent Physical work to accomplish your needs Include a "Plan of Action" which is a written plan of strategies to reach your goals Take your specific situation into consideration to tailor fit the plan Be your guide in transferring skills so you can keep your project/space organized longterm Complete confidentiality After your initial communication (email or call), we will do a short "intake" and set up a time for a *CONSULTATION at the location of the project (possibly over the phone as well). The *CONSULTATION will be an approximately 20-30 minute assessment to discuss, see the spaces we will be working on and come up with a plan. After the consultation, in an email I will take all the information and put together a "Plan of Action" in writing which will give you the details of my proposal for your project. Once we come to an agreement, I will email you a contract, 25% non-refundable deposit request towards your total cost and set a date for the project. **The CONSULTATION is FREE as long as you hire me for minimum 3/4 hour within 3 months of the initial consultation date. Otherwise 3 months from the date you will be obligated to pay $100.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have done several training programs including a Certificate of Completion of "Fundamental Organizing & Productivity Principles" through the "National Association of Productivity and Organizing". I also have been working under and mentored for 3 years under numerous very experienced and highly respected organizers.
