I bring real training equipment to your home, not just a duffle bag full of bands. We'll start with fitness assessments and discuss your goals, needs and abilities.
From there I'll design an individualized, systematic and progressive exercise program. The program will help you achieve your fitness goals without injury.
An integrated exercise program includes fitness assessments, flexibility training, core training, balance training, plyometric training, speed agility and quickness training, resistance training, and cardiorespiratory training. The program that I design for you will address some or all of these areas.
I enjoy watching the progress my clients make.
And I enjoy working with people that are trying to improve themselves.
