Mr Telephone came on time and quickly fixed my issue! I had been in a panic as I had several documents that needed to be printed and signed that day! My printer had stopped connecting with my computer as it always had. I tried everything with no success. He quickly unraveled the mystery and fixed it! He then showed me so many things that could more easily be done on the printer and computer that I didn’t know about! I can now even print from my phone! Besides all of that, he was so kind and patient! I’m keeping his card on my refrigerator!

My daughter’s ipad screen went black and we were about to lose all her artwork saved there. Luckily, we found Mr. telephonman and the ipad is back on life!! He responded my message really quick, did pick up and drop off service at my door within one day and he was super kind! The price was just same as the initial estimate and very reasonable.
