Our structure is simple, transparent, and designed to deliver real value: - Monthly Management Fees: Typically range from 6%–8% of collected rent - Leasing Fee: 40%–50% of one month’s rent to market, screen, and place a qualified tenant from start to finish There are no hidden fees—just clear, straightforward pricing you can trust. For added peace of mind, we also offer enhanced service tiers that can include: - Rent Guarantees - Eviction Coverage - Tenant Damage Protection These options are designed to reduce risk, stabilize your income, and create a truly hands-off ownership experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a consultation to learn more about the clients needs and then go from there! Sorry we do not manage rooms for rent.
