I had a built in cabinet that my previous contractor left unfinished due to an illness in his family and then didn’t return my calls. Andres was willing to finish the job. He responded right away, was on time to look at the job, gave a prompt and reasonable estimate, and finished it in a reasonable timeframe. He also gave me a reasonable estimate on two other projects I plan to do in the near future. I will use him again.

We are renting a home in Berkeley. It is very difficult to find a service provider that will not only come to the house and see the scope of work but also provide a written estimate (which we needed for the property owner.) We had three projects: paint a wall (roof leak); patch/paint/plug six stairs from rug removal; install saddle between landing & bathroom. Andres showed up on time (actually a little earlier) with two additional workers. At the last minute we realized we didn't have the paint. He went out and got it computer matched. They had all of the tools. They were very organized and tidy with drop cloths, etc. The wall, stairs and saddle (they took the door off, sanded it down to make sure it worked) came out very well. Andres and his team were easy to work with, flexible with dates, and very professional. We are very happy with the work and would hire them again.
