I hired Cecilia Home to help me understand where I could locate doors and windows in my basement. Mason was very responsive to my initial inquiry and recommended doing a 3D laser scan of the home to allow for an accurate structural load analysis of proposed door and window placement. Within a few days he completed an initial site visit and laser scan and we discussed the tradeoffs (in expense, demolition, hold-downs, reinforced sheathing) of creating various sized door vs. window openings. Final architectural plans and structural design were completed over several weeks collaboration via email; we also had a zoom call so I could ask questions about the structural design. I am very happy with the end result and feel that Cecilia provided excellent service for the proposed price. Would definitely hire again.

I hired this architect to design plans for a new bathroom that I needed a permit for and the team certainly did a great job. The city permit required detailed plans with electrical and plumbing since we were doing a completely new design of a full bathroom. Cecelia home certainly new what they were doing and saw my vision and were able to put on paper. They helped with the permit submittal and all the corrections and re-submittals. They certainly were a big help with all the architect language the city of Alameda required for plans. They were very professional and had advanced equipment to take measurements upon arrival. I want to especially thank Gerardo and Mason for a job well done. Now I can start our remodel.

I needed some help for an ADU conversion project. Mason was excellent. He also bought an architect alongwith, since we needed that help for this project. So irrespective of whether I decide to proceed with the project or not (only from a a financial perspective related to construction costs), I would highly recommend Mason and his team for these kinds of projects.

Tito is a very knowledgable landlord. He personally managed a lot of housing in San Mateo. we quoted $11,000 to help two bedrooms converted into an ADU and JADU. He decides to get help for consulting only for 300 dollars. we have spent about 2 hours discussing every inch of how to layout the kitchen and two bathrooms, how to run the pipe on a concrete slab foundation, and convert the care home housing to a regular tenant occupied units. Tito picked our brains. we are glad, our advice is well received and everything goes to the best.
