Kraken PoolCleaning worked well with me, agreeing to the work and price very reasonably. Brett Rahtz and his worker did a wonderful job of cleaning and changing the water in our spa. I highly recommend them and have already told neighbors how great Kraken is! Harriet in Concord

By far the best pool service we have ever had!! We have had many pool services over the years. Most of them just add some chemicals and leave. Kraken is by far the best we have ever had. Kraken cleans the surface - vacuums the bottom checks water levels and all the equipment. They know my pool and make changes each week as needed. And then they give me a detailed report each week. And great weekly pricing. The best pool service
Kraken Pool Cleaning's reply
That's high praise! Thanks, Chris. We aim to be the best pool service ever, so I'm glad we met your standard. Thanks for choosing us to keep your swimming pool clean!

Love Kraken pool service! They made our summer totally enjoyable. No more fights over chemicals being right, water being cloudy. I was frustrated, we have NO trees in our yard yet our neighbors trees dropped all their leaves in our pool. I was beginning to hate them (the neighbors) until Kraken came along. He was reliable, trust worthy and I felt very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Kraken for ALL your poolcleaning needs.
Kraken Pool Cleaning's reply
I'm glad we were able to avoid any neighborhood drama! Thanks for trusting us to keep your pool clear and leaf-free all summer long. Our pool cleaning service has got you covered.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One flat weekly rate, chemicals included. No contract, cancel anytime. You only pay for weeks we come, and we take Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks off without charging you. We’re priced above the bare-bones guys because we vacuum the whole pool every visit and send you a photo report.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Tell us about your pool and send a photo if you can.
2. We send you a simple service agreement to sign online.
3. We start that week, on the day we’re in your neighborhood.
4. Every visit: vacuum, skim, baskets, chemistry, then a photo report to your inbox.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to the thousands of pools that we've cleaned, we're also graduates of "Pool School." The CPO certification program is a leading educational and certification program for pool professionals, focusing on safe pool operation and maintenance
