Cesar installed a new bathroom cabinet in an oddly sized wall opening with great care-no repainting of wall required! He also installed a new flush mount light in an area without much room, figuring out a way to install it after considering it over night, abdcusing his resourcefulness. He also installed a new hose ring outside…the old one was tricky to remove! Cesar is very patient, does quality work, and indeed resourceful!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free estimates, and after I see what the client has in mind I prepare an estimate for services. Only services/materials specified in the estimate are part of scope of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing for me is to meet the client at the potential work site to see where and what the project is going to be. I need to see it in person to make a reasonable estimate. The details matter.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken some classes and worked with various contractors over the years. A lot of on the job training, years of experience, and self study...always room to learn even more!
