James isn’t just a fitness guy, he’s also very informed about meditation and yoga practices. My journey with James has involved a lot of body weight exercises including proper pull up technique and muscle ups. Whenever I’m stressed out about my health goals I can reach out to James who is good at calming me down or amping me which keeps me moving forward.

I never see James not in great shape. The guy always has a six pack and is full of life. I’ve always rebounded after a few weeks of great progress in my fitness so I reached out to James to keep me accountable. Although his answers can be very straight forward, he lets me know what I need to hear, not what I want to hear.

James helped me build muscle with what he calls “advanced hyper trophy techniques”. I had a hard time getting sore after working out because I was using too heavy of weights and not getting a good muscle pump. James lightened the weight and gave me information on how to get the best muscle pump through supplementation and carbohydrate loading. I finally have a bicep visible muscle plus I’ve lost weight.
