Very thankful for their service. I called on a Saturday morning and a technician was there within 30 minutes and fixed my clogged toilet and got it draining within minutes. Awesome customer service!

Horrible! I had a toilet overflowed and contacted Rooter King to repair. They determined 2 areas of the old existing cast iron needed to be dug up and replaced. I paid $8600 and the job was completed the next day. The first time the shower was used, it backed up and flooded the bathroom again. I called Rooter King back and 2 other plumbers come out, diagnose the problem, and give an estimate for repair. All 3 companies agreed in that the entire cast iron sewer line needed to be replaced. Of the 3, Rooter King had the highest estimate and offered nothing in return for their mistake. I wasted alot of time and money due to Rooter Kings negligence. Going forward, I have to file a lawsuit in small claims to have a judge step in to get some of my money back

Maybe they can improve by showing up to their appointments, I waited for 4 hours and called them repeatedly and they never answered or called me back , terrible customer service and even worst work ethic.
