- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices include setup, serving, and cleanup—plus tax. We charge a small fee for card payments, and travel fees may apply depending on location. We also offer bundle discounts for multiple services (like mocktails + cookie dough) or larger events!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we chat about your event details—what kind of vibe you want, how many guests, and what you’re envisioning. Then we customize your menu and setup, send a quote, and secure your date. We’ll check in as the event approaches, show up early for setup, and handle everything from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone on my team holds a California Food Handler’s Card, and has completed Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) training, which allows us to legally serve alcohol if the client provides it. We also have a shared kitchen and permit.
