I was so thankful when I met Sara from SPF Flooring. She was prompt and gave great options. The final product is amazing, the best part is I only signed up to get a couple of rooms done. Sara contacted me and asked are you sure you don’t want to do the kitchen and bathrooms.
The extra cost was extremely reasonable so I did the extra rooms and could not be happier with the look, the feel, the flow, and just the great amazing work that they did.
I would use them over and over again. The service and responsiveness is top notch.
I will be referring them to everyone I know. Thank you for helping me take my home to the next level.

We received multiple quotes throughout a two week span for our luxury vinyl flooring project. SPF General Contractor made our decision and the overall process very easy. Sarah arrived on time… Was very professional…
Was able to schedule installation for the next day… Very pleased! 10 plus stars… Her crew arrived on time.. Stairs look great and smells even better ( carpet was 10+ years) There was some confusion regarding a contractor who didn’t show and Thumbtack showed me as hiring them. Not true, the 2 other contractors were no shows…
Thumbtack, please correct this, as SPF was the contractor we hired.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with a new customer begins with a personal connection. We encourage you to reach out to us directly via call or text to schedule an estimate. Once we’ve scheduled a time, we’ll visit the project site to fully understand your vision. During the walk-through, we will take measurements, photos, and detailed notes to ensure we capture all the necessary information for an accurate estimate.
You can typically expect to receive your formal estimate via email within 24-72 hours, depending on the scope of the project. We encourage you to take your time reviewing the estimate and to reach out with any questions or clarifications.
Once you’re ready to move forward, simply sign and return the estimate, and we’ll schedule an official start date. We’re excited to work with you and can usually begin the project promptly!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My journey into this industry was unexpected, but it became a passion that I knew I wanted to pursue. I started out working as a project manager with a general contractor who focused on insurance claims for water and fire damage. I oversaw all aspects of the projects, from quality control to customer satisfaction. That initial exposure gave me the skills and experience to excel, and I’ve been passionate about this work ever since.
