Introduction: Our crew, which has been barbecuing since 2011, makes barbecued meats, such as pulled pork, ribs, brisket, tri-tip, and Chile Verde Pork. We travel to barbecue competitions but would also like to start catering at street fairs and parties. My husband, Ray, and his brother, David, have some of the juiciest ribs you'll ever eat.
