My Business Partner and I Decided to Host a Networking Event in Conjunction with the Asian Business Association Inland Empire. Hosting the event required weeks of preparation, and one of the most important part of preparing for the event was the choosing the food we were going to provide. After exploring our options, we decided to go with Adam with Chef Doc. We were impressed with his interest to make our Event spectacular. We went over the menu, and he explained every item we had questions on. He was patient and very knowledgeable. Everyone at the event loved the food, and he was there step by step from the first conversation to the end of the event checking in with us. I will using him for future events and celebrations. Everyone was Happy! I know you will be too.

I Catered a work Event and my staff absolutely loved everything especially the chicken as it was so juicy and the presentation was amazing. At least 10 people came up to me to ask where the food came from. I booked two more Events based on my experience. I highly recommend Adam and Chef Doc for all Your catering needs. They’re my go to anytime I’m hosting an event!

We ordered Chef Doc vegan gumbo for Christmas and it literally was a hit of the party. Everything about it was amazing. The aroma of all the spices. The intense flavors of the soup. So much generous amount of veggies, vegan sausages and vegan shrimp. You definitely can tell it was made with love. Thank you Chef Doc for making this holiday a lot easier for me.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a long range of menu options so we can always find a way to meet your budget. Booked events require a 50% deposit of total price. The remaining balance is paid the day before event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we check that date availability is open we then go over type of service, how many people and then decide on a menu that fits the customers needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have good experienced Chefs that are highly trained and knowledgable of menu.
