Hired on Thumbtack
My daughters' laptop wouldn't power up and I searched online for computer repair and found Thumbtack. I haven't used Thumbtack before so I described the problem and hit send. Mike from Computers Plus quickly replied with a quote of $35.00 to find the problem. I was impressed with Mikes' detailed reply and decided to give him a try. We dropped off the computer the next day and Mike called back a couple of hours later and said, that the total charge would be $95.00 (including the $35.00 estimate). Suffice to say, I was very pleased with the super fair price and fast service (one day)! Mike is a real pro and I would not hesitate, using Computers Plus for any future computer problems, that could arise.
