These guys were great. While away on business, my wife calls me in a panic because of an ant invasion. I posted a request for a one time service and within 2 hours received a very reasonable quote from Ecotech. I was able to arrange the appointment from my hotel room. Ecotech was on time, thorough, charged the quoted price, and according to my wife, very courteous. Strongly recommend Ecotech.

Raj was excellent. He was friendly, courteous and took the time to explain everything he was doing. All in, I would definitely recommend him to anyone with pests. ...and over a month later we are still pest free.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father is my biggest influence and my hero. Everything we do is to one day see our family business grow and become successful. Not only that, but I'm fascinated by the pure science that is behind the world of pest control. Entomology is a subject that deeply appeals to me, and keeps me constantly interested in my line of work!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Regular monthly service maintenance for general pests as a preventative or eliminating treatment.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they have experience, and are professional when it comes to communication. Communication is key to pest control. Everything from reporting to verbal conversations help strengthen you and your provider's goal to making your home or business pest free! Also, make sure you pay attention to their organization skills. Something I've noticed in our industry is a strong relation between safety of application and organization. It's common to see unorganized and less presentable pest control professionals be prone to making illegal and hefty errors such as cross contamination and wrongful application.
