Our pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the size and scope of each job. We provide upfront quotes with no hidden fees. Discounts are available for property managers, multi-property owners, recurring maintenance, and bundled services. Same-day and emergency services are available when needed. We focus on quality work that saves you money long-term by preventing repeat issues.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call or message to understand your needs and property type. Then we schedule an on-site or virtual assessment to provide an accurate quote. Once approved, we schedule service quickly — often same or next day. After the job, we walk you through completed work and offer maintenance recommendations to keep your property in top condition. Our goal is reliable, long-term service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience in property maintenance, gopher and rodent control (mechanical trapping), exterior cleaning, turnovers, and repair services. We follow California compliance guidelines for safe and professional service. Ongoing training and field experience ensure every job is completed efficiently, safely, and at a professional standard.
