He is affordable and provides estimates for all work to be done.He has a wonderful attitude about your project to achieve the best results. I highly recommend him as your remodeler, handyman, or refurbisher. I am beyond happy with his skills and results. He arrives with the proper tools, assess the project presents a reasonable estimate of the project costs. He consults with you regarding your ideas about the project. Mr. Zmivskyi is an architect and aware of structural limitation before beginning the project. He drew plans for my refurbishment, explained how the project would be accomplished. We worked together to purchase materials, paint colors, fixtures, cabinets, sinks, electrical outlets, flooring, countertops, light fixtures, ceiling fans, plumbing, etc. Mr. Zmivskyi has a professional attitude. He is positive, polite, reassuring, and helpful. He is willing to listen to your ideas. He offers suggestions for improvements and alternative to provide the best outcome for your project. He is tidy and clean. He covers the project area with plastic drapes to prevent dust and debris from soiling the project area. He vacuumed, swept, dusted the area, removed debris before leaving for the day. He is precise, professional and a perfectionist. He does not quit until the project is completed to your satisfaction.

Mike showed up early in the morning much earlier than others said that when they could make it. He did very good work replacing broken floor tiles and cleaned up very nicely. I would recommend him as being a very good Handyman.

I hired Mike for multiple jobs at my home. 3 are complete. 3 more to go. He did a good job overall. I like his work ethic and professionalism but I did noticed a little lack of experience as a handyman though on his side as he was uncovering obstacles during the job but not upfront so he had to readjust and correct course. I liked the final product he delivered which matters for me in the end. I will definitely recommend him and rehire him myself for the remaining 3 jobs.
