- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be flexible with your time and budget. We feel our rates are competitive for our market and the quality of our work. We currently waive all deposits or retainers and discount extra images by 50%. Occasionally we offer discounts to new clients plus offer seasonal and holiday specials.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We had a young actor come into the studio recently for theatrical headshots. We added an extra hour to his session to capture images of him in his Spiderman costume. He dons the character when visiting and entertaining children at the hospital, so we donated the extra time for this shoot. We had so much fun shooting the many poses created together.
