I was looking for a private yoga instructor since I have been suffering from lower back paints. By recommendation of my chiropractor I was advised to do dayli stretches. After a few lessons with Shaka Yoga School (Dulce) I have felt huge relief and mobility ony lower back . My sleep has gotten better, mobility significantly improve and I'm super grateful seeing her 3 times a week doing yoga & meditation. Haven't imagined this ROUTINE would change my life.
